DELIVERY LOCATIONS
We currently ship to locations within the United States and most International Locations.
99¢ SHIPPING (U.S orders only)
Any order over $15 is eligible for 99¢ Shipping via media mail and other delivery methods chosen at our discretion. Allow 3-10 business days for receipt within the United States. Only orders sent to locations within the United States are eligible for 99¢ shipping. If you would like to receive your item faster or would like to add a shipping option to your order (insurance, etc.) you will be responsible for the total shipping costs including options.

If you are not happy with your order, we are happy to accept a return or an exchange at no cost to you*.
Tarot decks that you return or exchange must be unopened and in their original plastic (if applicable) packaging. All other products must be returned in an undamaged condition and in the item's original packaging. Contact us using the contact us link above and we will happily assist you. Tarot Products does not guarantee wear or tear or any damage unrelated to the manufacturer.
Whether you are making a return or an exchange, All Tarot Products will:
- Provide you a pre-paid shipping label for your order to send your return item(s) back to us.
- Credit your full purchase price for each item in the returned shipment to the credit card used to make your purchase.
- For exchanges, charge the same credit card for the purchase total of each new item. As always, All Tarot Products will honor all promotions used toward your original purchase and will ship the new item(s) to you free of charge.
* All Tarot Products Free Returns & Exchanges policy does not apply to orders being returned from International locations (locations outside of the United States) and APO/FPO locations.
SHIPPING METHODS
We currently ship our products via the United States Postal Service ("USPS") and UPS and other carriers we may make available from time to time. We will strive to deliver the products to the carrier within a reasonable period of time, usually within one business days of confirmation of your order. We do not guarantee delivery by a particular date or within a particular timeframe. In the event a carrier returns to us any product because it could not be delivered to the address you provided (including items that were not picked up at the Post Office or carrier's office) or was rejected by the recipient (including for refusal to pay customs handling charges, import duties and other foreign taxes), then we will refund you the purchase price of the product (provided the product is undamaged), less: (1) all shipping costs (including any costs incurred as a result of the non-delivery) and (2) a restocking fee equal to 25% of the value of the returned product. In the event non-delivery is claimed, we require a copy of the police report for the missing package before we can issue a credit. You agree that confirmation of delivery issued by the carrier will be conclusive evidence that the product you ordered has been properly delivered to you, provided that with respect to Global Priority Mail and other shipping methods that do not provide for delivery confirmation, confirmation of delivery to the Post Office or other carrier's office will be conclusive evidence that the product you ordered has been properly delivered to you. We may modify your shipping address to conform it to USPS or other carrier's standards, as applicable, or if we have reason to believe the address you provided is incorrect, but we are not required to correct addresses and will not be responsible for items shipped to incorrect addresses. For our customers' protection, shipping may be delayed by several days in the event of P.O. box addresses, shipping addresses that differ from billing addresses, discrepancies reported by our credit card processing system, and credit card fraud prevention activities. We do not ship to poste restante addreses, package forwarders, or other addresses that provide for the redirection of the package.

If you are not happy with your order, we are happy to accept a return or an
exchange at no cost to you for merchandise being shipped from within the United States.
Return/Exchange Policy
If you are not happy with your order, we are happy to accept a return or an exchange at no cost to you*.
Return shipping is FREE*. We will provide you with one pre-paid
shipping label to return your order to us. Because we provide you with only one pre-paid shipping label per order, we suggest you wait for receipt of all items on your order before beginning the return/exchange process. After receiving all items on your order, please place all return items into one shipping box (any type of shipping box) to take advantage of the free return postage.
You can return your order for up to 30 days from the purchase date.
Items that you return or exchange must be in the condition that you
received them and in the original box. All Tarot Products does not guarantee wear or
tear or any damage unrelated to the manufacturer.
We will send you an email confirming your request, including the
tracking number on the pre-paid shipping label and a link to
track the package. Once we receive your return item(s), we will credit your original payment method for the full purchase price of each item in the return
shipment. Once the postal carrier shows that we received your return package, allow 3-5 business days for your credit to be issued.
Please allow 1-2 weeks following receipt of your return for exchanges to arrive, if you requested an exchange. We will send you an order confirmation email for your exchange order as soon as it is placed. If you are in a hurry, return your original item for a refund and place a new order online for your replacement item. This will expedite your receipt of the new/replacement item.
Please note, All Tarot Products can only provide free return shipping for items shipped from a U.S. address. If you are returning an item within our 30 Day Return Policy from an address outside the U.S., please ship to: AllTarotProducts.com/ Attn: Returns / 107 Eastern Ave SE/ Grand Rapids MI 49503. In addition, please clearly write your AllTarotProducts.com Order Number on the outside of the shipping box. If you have any questions regarding returns from an address outside the U.S., please contact us using the contact us link above.
Please do not send your order to the manufacturer. We will take care of everything for you.

How to Make a Return or an Exchange
For U.S. orders, click the link provided in the email confirmation that you received when the order was shipped. Or contact us via the contact us link at the top of this page and we will assist you.
Orders older than 30 days exceed the maximum number of days an order is eligible for return.
Enclose the return item(s) and attach the electronic shipping label we provide to your return package. To help us expedite your return, include all original materials you received with your order, remove all address references from your return package (if you are using the original shipping box) before attaching the shipping label, and protect the shipping label by covering it with clear plastic tape and attaching it away from any seams or closures.
